NEW PATIENTS

If you are NEW to Nurturing Roots Chiropractic and are interested in chiropractic care AND/OR craniosacral therapy, please schedule an Introductory Visit that best suits your needs:

If you are pregnant and seeking prenatal chiropractic care, please select Prenatal Introductory Visit.
If you are scheduling for your child that is 0-12 years old, please select Baby/Child Introductory Visit. IMPORTANT: Ensure that you are logged into your account as the parent. Then create an account for your child by going to “My Account” in the top right, select “Family Members” on the menu on the left, click on “Add Family Member” and follow the prompts (more help with this here). From there head back to “Book An Appointment” on the top right or bottom left. When scheduling, please select your child’s name when asked who the appointment is for.
Otherwise, please book an Introductory Visit .

ESTABLISHED PATIENTS:

For a standard treatment including extended treatment, exercises, education, and lifestyle schedule a FOLLOW UP.
To a book a Follow Up for more than one family member, use FAMILY BOOKING.
If you would prefer craniosacral therapy ONLY, please select Craniosacral Therapy Follow-up Visit or Craniosacral Therapy Baby/Child Follow-up Visit (the above follow-up appointments may include CST in addition to chiropractic care).

Nurturing Roots Chiropractic is not a preferred provider with any insurance networks. Upon request, we can provide you with a “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement should they cover out-of-network providers. FSA/HSA cards are accepted forms of payment.

NEW Patients

If you are NEW to the office and are interested in chiropractic care AND/OR craniosacral therapy, please schedule an Introductory Visit to establish care at Nurturing Roots Chiropractic. Choose the Introductory Visit that best suits your needs: Prenatal Introductory Visit if you are pregnant, Baby/Child Introductory Visit if you are scheduling for a child that is 0-12 years old, or Introductory Visit for all others. If you’re under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian is required to be present for your Introductory Visit. After booking your visit, please complete the initial paperwork attached to your appointment.

Established Patients

Here you'll find a list of appointments available for existing patients. For comprehensive care, including extended treatment, personalized exercises, educational insights, and focused attention on your concerns, schedule a Follow Up Visit. If you prefer a shorter session focused solely on treatment, opt for a Focused Follow-Up Visit. If you have NOT been in to the office within 3+ months or have a new issue you would like to address, book a Follow Up Visit. If you are interested in booking an follow-up appointment for craniosacral therapy ONLY, please select the appropriate treatment based on your needs.

Family Visits

If you are looking to schedule a follow up visit for more than one family member at a time, please select one of the below options to ensure everyone in your family can be seen together. Only available to established patients seen within the last 3 months. These are abbreviated treatment-focused sessions for each family member without additional elements. If you would like an in-depth session for one or more of your family members featuring extended treatment time, personalized exercises, educational insights, and focused attention on your concerns, or have not been seen in the clinic within the last 3 months, please schedule these family members individually in a Follow Up Visit.

Dr. Hannah Gravrand is a chiropractor that focuses on prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractic. She is the owner of Nurturing Roots Chiropractic and offers her services in Reno, NV at Biggest Little Baby.

Dr. Gravrand really feels that life has led her down a path of healing which has opened the way for her to support others in their own healing paths. At the beginning of her career, she completed a very competitive residency program in a Veteran’s Affairs hospital affiliated with Yale University which was followed by five years of work as a hospital-based VA chiropractor in Reno. This gave Dr. Gravrand a very solid foundation in evidence-based chiropractic and treating chronic pain. More recent ventures have led her to train in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic as well as Dynamic Body Balancing, a type of hands-on therapy that integrates craniosacral therapy, myofascial unwinding, and biofield energy work.

Her aim at Nurturing Roots Chiropractic is to create a loving and healing space to support you where you are in your life and to empower your body to navigate and heal through the aches and pains that it may be experiencing. You are at the center of your healing path and she hopes to connect you with what you need so that you feel empowered to go where life leads you.

When she is not working, she cares for her precious family of four. She and her husband are lovers of all things nature, and, although life has significantly slowed down since having children, you will still find them skiing, snowshoeing, camping, hiking, rock climbing, etc. when they get the chance.
